Overview

Concepts of Professional Ethics suggests behavior beyond that called for in the Rules of Conduct.  It is intended as a philosophical recommendation for the professional conduct of members of The PIDIM; it does not set enforceable standards.

The conduct toward which Interior Designers should strive is embodied in three broad concepts:

• Integrity, Objectivity, and Competence 
  Responsibilities to Clients 
  Responsibilities to Colleagues
